Charlotte "Sally" Phelps

age 82, of Brainerd, passed away on Monday, August 17. Services will be 11AM on Friday, August 21, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brainerd. Private family burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday at the Church. Arrangements are with the Halvorson-Johnson Funeral Home of Brainerd.
